⭕Hot & Pastry Items – Kitchen Staff
💢Responsibilities :-
• Prepare hot food and pastry items according to recipes and standards
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
• Assist with mise en place and daily kitchen operations
• Properly store ingredients and manage food wastage
• Support senior chefs as required
♦️Requirements :-
• Basic experience in hot kitchen or pastry section preferred
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Culinary training is an advantage
