💢Reecha Paper is a leading paper manufacturing organization in Northern Province specializing in the production of packing papers and tissues.! we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Supervisor to lead our factory operations and ensure efficient, high-quality output.
♦️RESPONSIBILITIES :-
✅Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production schedules and quality standards.
✅Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve equipment or product issues promptly.
✅Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
🔷QUALIFICATIONS :-
☑️Diploma in Production/ Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
☑️Age :- Above 25 years
☑️3-5 years of relevant experience in a packaging industry, including at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity.
☑️Good understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and safety regulations.
