Legacy Café & Restaurant is looking for a passionate and skilled Sous Chef specializing in Western cuisine to join our growing culinary team.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
• Prepare and execute Western dishes to Legacy’s quality standards
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control
• Supervise and train kitchen staff
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness
• Support menu development and specials when required
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior CDP in Western cuisine
• Strong knowledge of Italian, Continental, and modern Western dishes
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Commitment to quality, consistency, and teamwork
